This platform is designed to have our fund secure the equity investment portion of your project and give them the peace of mind they need to participate in funding your project.
Platform Steps
- Create a free account or Login.
- Choose to be an
- Producer or Investor.
- Submit your project info as a new production, or submit your Investor profile to become an official vetted investor.
- Once approved, we will insure that if the equity portion of your financial structure does not recoup their equity we will indemnify their loss through our platform.
- Again, this is only for approved projects and we charge a 1.5% fee to provide this insurance.
